DIGITAL DELIVERY POLICY

All products sold by Oroville Atelier Co are digital products. No physical products will be shipped.

After your payment is successfully completed, your digital files will be made available electronically through the download method provided at checkout and/or by email.

Please ensure that the email address entered during checkout is correct.

DELIVERY TIME

Digital downloads are generally available shortly after successful payment. In some cases, payment processing or technical issues may cause a short delay.

NO SHIPPING FEES

Because our products are digital downloads, no physical shipping fees apply.

DOWNLOAD ISSUES

If you have trouble accessing your files, receive an incorrect file, or encounter a corrupted download, please contact us at orovilleatelierco@gmail.com and we will assist you.

Purchasing a digital product does not include any physical print, frame, or other physical item.
